As our Sheriff, Phillip has kept our COMMUNITY safe. Time and again, he has proven his COMMITMENT to White County and has shown we can count on his CHARACTER. With over 24 years of public service, he is the only candidate experienced in all operations within the Sheriff's office.
Increased the number of deputies proactively patrolling the County
Led White County to be a model for the state in the Maltreatment and Drug Endangered Children program under the Criminal Justice Institute
Instituted a Street Crime Unit to increase theft investigations and work proactively in targeted areas
Added a Detective who specializes in child abuse and domestic violence
Led the Sheriff's Office to join the nationwide DOJ Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force
Placed additional canines in the County Drug Unit to ensure more drug patrols
Expanded Crime Watch organization throughout our neighborhoods
Responsible for the largest single drug bust in White County history
